Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sahyadri Classic website
(https://sahyadriclassic.com/) and your registration for the Sahyadri Classic cycling race
(“Event”), organized by Ridgeline Pvt. Ltd., having its registered office at Plot No 13, Sa Ra
Ga Ma Bunglow, Pratap Colony, MIDC, Rahimatpur Road, Satara 415004 (“Organizer,” “we,”
“us,” “our”). By accessing this website, registering for the Event, or otherwise using our
services, you (“you,” “participant,” “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree, please do not use this website or register for the Event.

Eligibility
Registration is open to individuals aged 18 and above on race day. Riders aged 14–17 may
register only under the 1 Ghat Junior (U-18) category, subject to written parental/guardian
consent and the presence of a guardian throughout the race, as detailed in our Rules &
Regulations.

All registrations must be completed through our official registration form and are
subject to availability and category confirmation.
Registration fees vary by category and must be paid in full via the UPI QR code
provided in the registration form.
Registration is confirmed only after we verify successful payment against your
submitted registration.
Providing false or inaccurate information during registration (including age, category
eligibility, or identity) may result in disqualification without refund.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure payment details (transaction
ID/screenshot, if required) are submitted accurately to enable verification.

All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any
circumstances, including but not limited to personal inability to participate, injury,
travel disruption, or voluntary withdrawal. This applies regardless of the reason for
non-participation and regardless of how far in advance notice is given.

Your registration and participation in the Event constitutes your agreement to comply
with our full Rules & Regulations, which govern race conduct, safety, equipment, and
disqualification criteria. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules in
full prior to race day.

Ultra-endurance cycling involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical
injury, illness, accident, and death. By registering, you acknowledge and voluntarily
accept these risks.
You are solely responsible for your own safety, fitness, equipment, and decision
making before and during the race, including the decision to start, continue, or
withdraw.
The Organizer, its officials, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates shall not be held liable
for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from your participation in the Event,
except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent
permitted by applicable law.
A separate signed Waiver/Indemnity/Discharge Form is mandatory prior to race
participation, as detailed in our Rules & Regulations.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this website
(including route details, distances, elevation, cutoffs, and category information), but
we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
We reserve the right to correct, update, or modify website content at any time without
prior notice.
This website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment gateways,
accommodation partners); we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or
practices of such third-party sites.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, route maps, and design
— is the property of Ridgeline Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or
used without our prior written consent.

By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed
before, during, and after the race, and grant us the right to use such images and
footage for promotional purposes across our website, social media, and other
print/digital platforms, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you also agree to the
terms of our Privacy Policy.

The Organizer works with third-party sponsors, vendors, and service providers
(including accommodation, transport, and nutrition partners). We are not responsible
for the quality, conduct, or reliability of such third-party services; all related costs and
arrangements are the participant’s own responsibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the
Event, or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when these
Terms were last revised. Continued use of the website or participation in future
editions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in
connection with these Terms or your participation in the Event shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Satara, Maharashtra.
