Yes, category changes are allowed up to 21 days before race day, subject to availability and any fee difference. Email us with your bib number to request a change.

Cancellations 60+ days out get 50% credit toward next year. Inside 60 days, fees are non-refundable. Full details are on the Race Info page.

Start with First Ghat (42 km, one climb). It is built as the entry point into mountain road racing, with a generous cut-off and full support.

Riders must be at least 14 years old. Riders under 18 need a parent or guardian’s consent and emergency contact details, collected during registration.

Mass start is 5:30 AM sharp from Panchgani, ahead of the day’s heat. Bib collection and gear check open at 4:15 AM at the start venue.

No. Personal support vehicles are strictly prohibited on the entire route. All riders rely on official aid stations for water, nutrition and mechanical support.

You will be safely transported to the finish by our sweep vehicle and marked DNF for that category. Cut-offs exist to keep every rider off the descents before dark.

A full medical team is stationed at every aid station and the finish, with two mobile response units patrolling throughout race hours.

Yes. Registration asks about any medical condition, allergy or medication the race medical team should know about. This information stays confidential.

Yes, always, no exceptions. Riders spotted without a fastened helmet anywhere on course are disqualified on the spot.
