Registration fees are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.
Registration transfers to another participant may be permitted only with prior approval from the event organizer and within the timeline communicated by the organizer.
In case the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the refund/transfer policy will be communicated to registered participants separately.
Processing/convenience fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
